Prenatal planning

60-minute in-person prenatal consultation includes:

 Examination of your breasts and nipples

ꙬReview of your health and pregnancy history

ꙬHand Expression learning and practice session

ꙬKnowledge sharing and development of preliminary feeding plan

Newborn/establishing feeding

90-minute initial consultation* includes:

Ꙭ   Assessment of you and your baby without you having to travel to an office

Ꙭ   Observation of feedings in familiar, stress-free surroundings

Ꙭ   Breast/nipple care plan

Ꙭ    Infant feeding plan

Ꙭ  Reports to physicians or other providers as needed to ensure effective follow-up care

Ꙭ   Follow up visits to ensure progress and goals are met

*virtual consultaitons are available also, however in-person is recommended to facilitate pre/post feeding weights

life transitions/what is normal?

60-minute consultation may include: 

Ꙭ   Establishing comfortable and efficient pumping with a flange fitting and observation of a pumping session

Ꙭ   Help with oversupply, plugged ducts, and other discomforts
